One of the youngest Departments of the College, the Music Department started its journey from the year 2017 under the able vision of our present Principal.

Our Department follows the principle that music begins inside every human being. We believe that music is the strongest form of magic: where words fail, music speaks.

We are a small Department with excellent teacher-taught relationship. Our classes are held in the morning shift freshening up atmosphere with melodious tunes revibrating through the College campus.

At present, the Department offers only Honours course under the University of Burdwan.

Our students have won laurels by actively taking part in various cultural programmes inside and outside the College.
